Conselheiros pedem saída de Falcão e eleições diretas para presidência do Vitória
Insatisfeitos com a gestão do presidente Carlos Sérgio Falcão, conselheiros, ex-conselheiros e outros torcedores do Esporte Clube Vitória fizeram uma manifestação na entrada do Estádio Manoel Barradas na noite desta segunda-feira (22/12), pouco antes da reunião do Conselho Deliberativo do clube.

O grupo, que tem representantes de diversos grupos oposicionistas, entre eles, ex-presidentes e sócios, pede a destituição de Falcão, que assumiu o clube no final de 2013, e a instauração de eleições diretas para o posto.

Durante a reunião, o presidente do Conselho Deliberativo, deputado federal José Rocha, colocou em pauta uma carta do grupo que pede o afastamento de Falcão como presidente do Conselho Diretor.

Os oposicionistas, que levaram bandeiras e faixas à frente do Barradão, marcaram a reunião pela internet. No texto do convite online, eles criticam, entre outras coisas, as contratações equivocadas e o planejamento de marketing ineficiente, além de considerar “o pior ano da história do clube”. Segundo o grupo, a ideia é “se manifestar e sugerir, por vias legais e fundamentadas no estatuto do clube, a destituição do presidente e sua equipe”.

Apesar da expectativa de grande parte dos torcedores, o presidente do Conselho Deliberativo negou qualquer possibilidade de expulsão ou substituição de Falcão na presidência do Vitória. “Sou contra o golpe. Falcão tem um mandato de três anos, já cumpriu um ano. Não cabe ao conselho destituí-lo por ele ter ido mal em uma competição. A única maneira de Falcão deixar a presidência é uma decisão de foro íntimo”, afirmou José Rocha ao site Bocão News.

No entanto, lembram os oposicionistas, no pedido de destituição, que o artigo 22 do Estatuto do Clube prevê que “no desenvolvimento das suas atividades os dirigentes de órgãos do VITÓRIA também observarão, os princípios da legalidade, impessoalidade, moralidade, publicidade, eficiência”. Resta saber até que ponto Falcão atendeu a esses requisitos.
